Jackie Boulding - Director
Jackie is one of the UK’s foremost recruitment professionals, with over twenty-five years experience. Don’t be fooled by her inability on the golf course and love of the grape, she is still as passionate about recruitment now as when she first started and is the “eyes and ears” of Spec Recruitment. So what does Jackie think of her team? Enormously proud of their tremendous commitment and compelling combination of skills.
Sarah Bonner - Permanent Consultant
Sarah fulfils a vital role in ensuring that the candidate experience is seamless, painless and efficient. With her fantastic sense of humour and unflappable nature Sarah is one team member whose commitment and experience more than compliments Spec Recruitment’s polished image and reputation........and boy can she dance!
Adele Baker - Permanent Consultant
Adele has almost twenty years experience of key account management of blue-chip companies, working in both Bristol and London. She is an effective communicator and is able to develop professional relationships with clients, based on mutual goals and service standards. She’s inspirational, motivational, energetic, with a young family, and always on the ball with a powerful service, on and off the court.
Laura Norville - Temporaries Consultant
Laura is the linchpin for all of our assignment activity on both interim and permanent assignments and ensures that the right people are in the right place at the right time. In addition to being responsible for all back office activity, Laura is also studying for her CIPD, making her one of the busiest people at Spec HQ. She has a calm, swanlike manner and takes everything in her stride, especially on the netball court!
