Our client based near the city centre requires a move-in coordinator to ensure everything is in place for a new tenancy when a property is let. The role will also involve providing general administrative support; monitoring and updating applicants on the tenant referencing progress, ensuring all applicants meet the deadlines set for completing their referencing applications, responding to requests from referencing company for additional information, assisting and setting up the property files when a let is agreed, monitoring stationary levels, ensuring there is sufficient paperwork for new applications, filing paperwork and receipts, sharing responsibility for the post, answering telephone queries and resolving issues wherever possible.
Community Fundraiser - City Centre - £18,000pa
Community Fundraiser required for a charitable organisation in the city centre. The main purpose of the role is maximise income for a range of community based events and fundraising initiatives and to grow a network of community fundraisers and supporters. The successful candidate will be working closely with the fundraising team and liaising with the communication team. The role will include devising, developing and delivering a detailed programme of community fundraising initiatives, coordinating and marketing events including the London Marathon, Great North Run and many other major events; you will be supporting members through the fundraising events, building relationships and ensuring post event thanks are sent. Monitoring the market and recognising opportunities for events and ensuring the best value is always achieved. You will be the first point of contact for all volunteer fundraisers, answering enquiries and offering support and advice. The role will involve:
