Interview Preparation Tips

Jackie and the Spec Recruitment team have helped hundreds of people prepare for interviews and we can help you too. We can guide you through every aspect from how to prepare for the interview through to how to leave a good and lasting memory with your interviewer.
Once we have arranged an interview for you, you can trust us to make sure you are fully prepared and briefed. Different businesses have different interview techniques and it is our job to advise you of the process that is likely to take place. We are aware that you may have never previously attended a formal interview and we are more than happy to go through the process face to face prior to any meeting. After the interview, we will give you good, constructive feedback wherever we can.
Sometimes it takes a while to find the right job. We absolutely WILL NOT advise you to consider jobs unless they are a great match. This also ensures you do not waste time going for irrelevant interviews!
Candidates are never charged a finder's fee even if we find you work as this is settled between the recruitment agency and the employer.
