PA / Secretarial
PA and secretarial roles are best suited to candidates who are highly organised, possess good IT skills and have a typing speed of 50wpm +.
You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, deal with enquiries, manage budgets and expenses, and undertake ad hoc projects. You will happy to be flexible on work hours and travel to meetings and events when needed. Duties can include minute taking, collating Board papers and reports, and putting together PowerPoint presentations. Those who succeed as a PA will develop excellent communication skills to be able to deal with people at all levels, be diplomatic and tactful in addition to being able to multi task!

Secretariats Assistant - £17,000 - £19,000pa - North Bristol - 215072
Our client requires a secretariats assistant to join their charitable organisation based in North Bristol. The role will involve taking up all the administrative duties given by the secretariats manager.
The role will involve:
- - Handling all secretariat, membership and general enquires received by telephone, email and by post.
- - Administration of the membership management database, including updating of member records and taking payments.
- - Taking responsibility for the clients renewal process, including manipulation of data in preparation for the renewal.
- - Producing membership and financial reports for internal and external purposes.
- - Taking responsibility for logistical arrangements for client committee meetings and making travel/ catering arrangements.
- - Preparing and circulating agendas and reports.
- - Attending conferences as required
- - Monitoring schedules and deadlines for activities.
- - Taking responsibility for the timely production of the client newsletters, monthly emails and client website.
The ideal candidate for this role will have very strong administration skills, a good working knowledge of database packages. You must have a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills, effective self motivation, enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
